The first thing I saw this morning when I got on the internet this morning is that Shiloh Pepin “Mermaid Girl” has passed away. I am so upset. I loved her!!! She was the sweetest and most spirited little girl ever, and was so happy despite her differences! I wish I could’ve met her. She is an inspiration to everyone and it is so unfortunate that she is gone. I will always love Shiloh!
